Scillonian Sprint.

Saturday 9th May 2026

Scilly60 Events is pleased to offer an event with day trippers in mind.

The Scillonian Sprint is a 17km circumnavigaion race or an 8km best of St Marys race. It has a 3hour time limit.

100% of profits will go to two local charities;

 Minimum race fee £20.

 -50% will go to the Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust. This amazing charity look after everything that makes Scilly special including cutting the majority of the coast paths on each island.

-50% will go to the Adam Mallon Sports fund.

It’s aims are to help improve facilities and opportunities within sport for all pupils in the school and to encourage and inspire more pupils to take part and compete on the mainland. The fund has supported individual pupils access mainland events such as county athletic, cricket and tennis competitions. Most recently it has been used to purchase Ergo rowing machines so that our pupils can train for pilot gig rowing events and enter UK online competitions.

This event is a great way to have an experience of what running on the Isles of Scilly is like either as a one off, or to help with future events.

We are really pleased to be able to offer all adult participants a Scilly60 Pale ale from our fantastic sponsors Firebrand Brewing Co.

 This time the stakes are really high, so remember;
